CHANGE IT UP...

INSTEAD OF:

-nutella sandwich and cheese cake i will do 2 nutella sandwichs or 2 slices of cheesecake

(or grilled cheese!)

START SATURDAY...DAYS I DONT WORK

NEED 3000 cal per day!!!!!
6 meals per day, each 500 cal= 3000
10am-11pm= 13hrs / 6= 2.1 hrs

Rules:
-Sleep @ 12am  wake up at 9am!
-No alcohol, no coffee, no partying!
-finish food within one hour

10am=B=2 oatmeals, banana, anything else i feel.
12pm=nutella or grilled cheese and cheesecake

3pm=L= frozen dinner + milk 
6pm= nutella or grilled cheese and cheesecake

9pm=D= frozen dinner + milk
11pm= 2 ensures

My goal starting today, is to add another sandwich and another cheesecake slice every day

-so i will have eaten 2 cheesecakes and 2 sandwiches per day
So what I had intended to be eating is a FAIL...but instead this is what I have been eating:

-2 packets of oats
-2yogurts
-nutella/grilled cheese sandwich

-frozen dinner

-frozen dinner
-cheese cake

-ensure
