6 meals per day, each 500 cal= 3000
10am-11pm= 13hrs / 6= 2.1 hrs
Rules:
-Sleep @ 12am wake up at 9am!
-No alcohol, no coffee, no partying!
-finish food within one hour
10am=B=2 oatmeals, banana, anything else i feel.
12pm=nutella or grilled cheese and cheesecake
3pm=L= frozen dinner + milk
6pm= nutella or grilled cheese and cheesecake
9pm=D= frozen dinner + milk
11pm= 2 ensures
